Alice Millar Chapel Booklet

About the piece

This publication was created for the office of Religious and Spiritual Life. The goal of this publication was to display the history and beauty of the chapel in an easy to digest booklet for visitors. For this piece, I was able to give the viewer a personal look at intimate spaces through detailed up-close photography of the stain glass windows and the Aeolian-Skinner Organ.

The building was designed in 1962 by Edward Grey Halstead, senior partner in the firm of Jensen and Halstead, Architects and Engineers, Chicago. The contractor was the Gerhardt F. Meyne Company of Chicago.
